All of these plans will be tailored to meet your individual needs.  The process to get started includes e-mailing me at baggerlybuildingfitness@gmail.com.  I will then talk options with you and we will choose one of the plans that best fits your needs.  Payments will be accepted through PayPal.  You will receive a detailed questionnaire regarding your goals, wants, needs, workout preferences, starting point, etc! Once I receive your questionnaire feedback I will write your plan!!!

Contact me for in-person training on a session to session basis OR for in-person training plan options!!! ALSO, REMEMBER I WILL MEND THESE PLANS TO YOUR NEEDS SO IF YOU NEED MORE OR LESS TIME OR IN-PERSON TRAINING ALONG WITH THE ONLINE PROGRAMS I WILL MAKE ADJUSTMENTS!!!
